Please find following some FAQs which you may find helpful regarding your purchase please take a moment to read and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

 

As all the ceramics are individual items handmade by me in my studio at home  there will sometimes be slight variations in colour, size and shapeI do however endeavour to describe and photograph each piece accurately. All my tableware is vitrified making it suitable for everyday use with glazes that are lead free and food safe.

 

Prices & Payment

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is accepted through the security of PayPal – you may also choose to pay using a Visa or MasterCard through PayPal. Any information I receive is used only in relation to processing and delivery of the order, not payment information.

 

Shipping - Domestic

I process and pack your order within 3 working days of receiving payment. and then use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post for tracked shipping. The items usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.

The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and added onto the item cost. All orders within Australia are tracked and insured. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrival.

 

Shipping- International

Yes, I do ship internationally. Please contact me to get a shipping quote.

For international buyers, please allow 10 days - 3 weeks for delivery (possibly more for peak periods)...... Please note, you are responsible for any customs tax that you may incur upon delivery.

 

Returns Policy

I will accept returns and will issue a refund if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please inform me by email of the decision to return the items within 3 days of receiving the order and the items are to be returned within 7 days of the date of originally receiving the order in original condiiton.

Please note - Refunds will not include original shipping costs, and shipping costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense.

 

I take very special care in packing and shipping your ceramics to you and this is included in the shipping cost . In the unlikely event that damage occurs in shipping please contact me as soon as you receive the parcel.

I endeavour to keep the store as up to date as possible however there may be times when what you're after is not available. If so please email me to discuss a backorder.
